Open Question: I want to become an Art Therapist and I have no clue what exactly I’m doing..!?

I want to become and Art Therapist, and I'm kind of stuck on figuring out what field I'll need to go into for college. I think I will have to go into psychology but I'm not sure. I'm 16 if that even means anything? But anyway if you're an Art Therapist or something like that or maybe you know somebody else that is could you PLEASE help me out? What field will I need to graduate in to become one? thank you!
