Open Question: poker tells (call me)?

I know its possible to use a lot of chained reverse reverse psychology but from playing all this time i think ive noticed that thats 99% of the time not the case, because when they say it they say it almost without thinking and theres no way they can use lots of reverse reverse psychology then. But I'm not completely sure yet on everything. Like do they really want to be called when they say "call me"
