Open Question: Should I take AP Psychology or AP Europe?

Right now I'm a sophomore and I'm taking AP American History. Next year, I have to sign up for either AP Psychology or AP Europe and I don't know which one to choose. Both seem very interesting to me. Have any input? I'm also not sure which one would be easier.
